These terms cover your use of the Feathery Games website. By using the site you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

01Who we are

The site is run by Feathery Games ("we", "us"). You can reach us through our contact form.

02Using the site

You're welcome to view and enjoy the site for personal, non-commercial purposes. Please don't:

• attempt to disrupt, overload or gain unauthorised access to the site or the systems that host it;
• copy, scrape or redistribute the site's content in bulk, or use automated tools to do so;
• use the site in any way that breaks the law or infringes anyone else's rights.

03Our content

The site and everything on it, including the Eggnade model, its animation, the artwork, text, logos and the Feathery Games and Faction 5 names, belong to Feathery Games or its licensors and are protected by copyright and trademark law. Viewing the site doesn't give you any licence to use this material beyond viewing it in your browser. The typefaces are used under the SIL Open Font License.

04Fiction, not hardware

The Eggnade is a fictional, non-functional digital illustration made for entertainment. Nothing on this site depicts a real device or gives instructions of any kind.

05Our games

Faction 5 and our other games are offered under their own terms, shown where you get or play them. Those terms, not these, govern your use of the games.

06Links to other websites

The site links to other websites, such as faction5.com. We aren't responsible for the content or practices of sites we don't operate.

07Messages, ideas and feedback

Please use the contact form only for genuine messages: no spam, advertising, or anything abusive or unlawful. We read what we receive but can't promise to reply to every message. If you send us ideas or feedback, you agree that we may use them without any obligation to you.

08No warranty

The site is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent the law allows, we make no promises that it will be uninterrupted, error-free or suitable for any particular purpose.

09Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, Feathery Games isn't liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from your use of the site. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, and nothing here affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we'll change the effective date above. Using the site after an update means you accept the revised terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the place where Feathery Games is established, except where the law of the country you live in requires otherwise.
