Privacy

Effective 19 October 2026

This website has no accounts, cookies of our own, analytics, advertising or tracking. The only personal information we receive is what you choose to send us through our contact form.

If you have questions about this policy, please contact us through our contact form.

01Who we are

This website is run by Feathery Games ("we", "us"). We are responsible for the information described on this page.

02The contact form

If you send us a message, we receive the name, email address and message you enter. We use them only to read your message and reply to you. We don't add you to a mailing list, and we don't sell or share your details.

Messages are delivered to our inbox by our email provider, Resend, which processes them on our behalf. We keep a message only as long as we need it to deal with your enquiry, then delete it.

To stop the form being abused, the site briefly counts how many messages have recently come from your IP address. That count is not stored with your message and is discarded within about a minute.

03Everything else on the site

Browsing the site doesn't ask for any personal details. Everything on it is served from our own domain: the pages, the grenade video and images, and the fonts. Your browser doesn't contact any other company to load this site, so no third party learns that you visited it.

04Hosting and technical data

The site is hosted on Cloudflare's network. When your browser requests a page, Cloudflare necessarily receives standard technical information about the request: your IP address, browser type, the page requested, the referring page and the time. Cloudflare uses this to deliver the site and to protect it from attacks and abuse. Cloudflare may also set a strictly necessary security cookie when it needs to tell people apart from automated bots.

We don't use this information to identify you, build profiles or market to you. Cloudflare handles it under its own privacy policy. Cloudflare and Resend operate internationally, so your information may be processed in countries other than your own.

05Cookies and storage

We don't set cookies, and the site doesn't save anything in your browser's local storage. The explosion runs entirely in your browser and is forgotten when you leave the page.

06Other websites

The Faction 5 link takes you to faction5.com, a separate website with its own privacy practices. This policy covers only the Feathery Games website.

07Children

The site isn't directed at children under 13. If you're under 13, please don't send us a message. If we learn that a child has sent us personal information, we'll delete it.

08Your rights

Depending on where you live, laws such as the GDPR, the UK GDPR or the California Consumer Privacy Act give you rights to access, correct or delete personal information about you, and to object to how it is used. To make a request, for example to delete a message you sent us, contact us through our contact form. You can also complain to your local data protection authority.

09Changes to this policy

If what the site does with information changes, for example if we add analytics or a newsletter sign-up, we'll update this page before the change goes live and revise the effective date above.
